Following the success of our flagship Swivel Stand product for iPad for our brand, we have developed a more price-conscious version suited to custom branded volume orders. 

Featuring the same quality materials and craftsmanship proved valued by our global customers, this version is offered with no angle adjustment for the customer, simplifying the product and reducing cost for high volume production. 

Custom brand application, paint colour and packaging are all available.

Whilst we are proud to offer our customers free shipping, please note that prior to dispatch, the following processing times may apply:

Apple Products: Currently seeing extended dispatch times as a result of delayed supply.
Proper iPad/iPhone Accessories: 1 - 2 days processing time unless noted otherwise on product page.

Standard ground shipping (untracked) is offered at no cost on all orders, regardless of delivery destination. We also offer express shipping (trackable) for an additional fee. Express shipping options and associated fees are calculated during checkout based on real time shipping rates.

Proper orders are shipped via Toll, StarTrack, Couriers Please and Australia Post.
It is important to note that our standard (free) shipping service may not include any tracking information, and delivery times can vary.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to provide a full refund (excluding shipping) for any unused and non-customized products for up to 30 days from the original purchase date. If we receive your request after 30 days, we will issue you a web store credit for the full sub-total amount.
Returns & Exchanges.
All returns require an RMA number before being sent back. An RMA can be obtained by emailing support-au@studioproper.com.
Please ensure you include the following details when requesting an RMA:

- Reason for return
- Original order number

Returns and Exchanges

  • We are able to refund the price you paid for the product, but not the shipping costs if paid. 
  • We ask that you are responsible for shipping costs and tracking if exchanging or returning a product. 
  • Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number for all return items as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products that are being returned to us.  
  • Note that any returns arriving in damaged condition will not be refundable.
